If you fancy an outdoor wedding, with a cozy small-town feel, filled with greeneries and wine, then you might enjoy a Niagara wine county wedding.

Inn on the Twenty was perfect for this chic vineyard wedding for Katharine and Brett. The restaurant and hotel are located in a charming town of Jordan Village. It can host up to 140 guests for reception. About a 10 minute drive will take you to the Cave Springs vineyard, which offers both outdoor and indoor wedding reception space.

Getting ready & first look

Our bride got ready inside the guest suite at Inn on the Twenty. She stunned in a whimsical A-line gown, with delicate floral applique top and a silky, flowy skirt. She came out of an adorable red door to find her husband-to-be for their first look. This outdoor wooden walkway made such an intimate and sweet backdrop for their special moment. We were even so lucky to catch some wisteria in the background.

The bridesmaids wore elegant blush coloured gowns, and the flower arrangements were made in a simple white and dusty green palette.

At the Cave Spring vineyard, we found a rustic barn that made the perfect backdrop for some fun bridal party photos. The vineyard itself was beautifully expansive and neat, with endless rows of young vines growing. The soft greens in the background and the magical warm light of the wine county made such dreamy photos.

The wedding ceremony in Vineyard Retreat

Vineyard Retreat is a lovely farm building that makes a wonderful indoor ceremony option at the vineyard. The interior is covered in white-washed wood planks, with a cozy fireplace as the backdrop at the altar. The good thing is, light bounces easily inside and it’s just incredibly romantic.

Wedding Reception at Inn on the Twenty Restaurant

The reception was tastefully decorated with gold hardware and firefly lights. Their emotional first dance, serenaded by Dan Auerbach’s “Never in my wildest dreams”, sparked pure unencumbered joy. The speeches were some of the best we’ve heard – hearty, quirky, sweet, and highly entertaining. It really left an impression on us, and it’s a good reminder for couples planning a wedding that it’s really these memories that’ll matter the most at the end of the day.
